Freaking shoulder/neck pain... OWWW :( Anyone else get that?!

Ever since I reclassified NSAIDs to "cheating" on the diet and stuck to just taking muscle relaxants (definitely better for the candida), even cutting back on those, my shoulders have been positively KILLING me... Can't even blame it on sedentary lifestyle & the couch anymore, cause of the last week, I spent 50% on the couch, but the other 50% doing home improvement, hauling heavy-ass crap from stores, peeling wallpaper, painting, etc.

OUCH.

Anyone have any idea what I should do? Aspirin, paracetamol=acetaminophen, naproxen, ibuprofen and metamisole spark off my candida, while ketorolac screws with my liver... Tramadol's out, too, being viciously scheduled in my jurisdiction. And, of course, no doctor around will prescribe pure opiates, unadulterated by NSAIDs, to a 24yo male who claims to have a disease they don't even believe in. Tweet
