The herbs you have sound just fine. I have never been brave enough to flush, because I have read as many bad experiences as good when it comes to flushing, and I havene't trusted that mine would not be a bad one and make things worse. So, I instead used diet, supps and lemon to assist my liver function. And I have doen mini-flushes for stretches at a time which basically involves lemon and olive oil first thing in the morning. You can look up mini-flush to get some options. It works, but it takes a longer time than flushing, and I still have soem more healing to do in this area as it is my biggest issue due to a liver defect I have. Flushing, if successful, would be much faster.
