Tinctures

Things change quickly around here. I get confused myself when I read back posts. Having the tinctures made up and on hand are important.

Cilantro:

Vervain Officinalis:

another option:

(has changed--he removed the psychic attachment frequency)

Even when you find what they call Vervain Officinalis online, many times, it's not the "real vervaine", it's the Blue (hastata) type. Not the same, but both types are important to have on hand when they are needed ASAP. Like Newport said someplace, a few drops of Blue Vervain tincture will make that squeezing Ascaris stop feeling like you've got an elephant sitting on you.

Extracts are not what you want, it's the whole herb that is needed.
