I am wondering what can be done about "skin laxity?" My understanding of this is that the skin basically loses it's tone and can't support it's own structures anymore and just starts to sag and look bad. I read in one place that this was due to bloating, that the skin is actually swollen with water it is holding and this weight causes the structures to sag over time. Anyways, whatever causes it, it doesn't look good.
I am wondering if rubbing Iodine into the skin is a good idea, since we know that the skin needs lots of Iodine and a lot of us are very short on iodine. What about using a carrier like aloe or coconut oil?
