Brain FOG

Where is my Brainfog coming from?

last 2 days its been terrible, been very tired and foggy.

i have been running the doctrine (not sure since when, as i related to in my other post, it appears it has been energized even though it wasn't right on the bean.) Now its right on the bean though, running with Measles complex frequencies from Sutherland.

so is it some die off? metal dump? it also feels like fungal infection working its way back... been more hungry and a bit depressed. Also had stuffy nose for the last week, pretty much since i printed up the doctrine...
