I use both Miracle-Mineral-Supplement 1 and Miracle-Mineral-Supplement 2 on a daily basis now for 1 month for mild candida.
They are both different chemicals and act a little differently. Miracle-Mineral-Supplement 1 is easy to take, MMS2 is tough on the stomach so to minimize discomfort, take two glasses of water and eat food 10 min before you take MMS2.
Using both will help kill off your candida with a greater chance of success.
Candida can protect itself from oxidants (MMS) by producing anti-oxidants at the cellular level. Yeast cells are very adaptable.
