THe flavor is in the herbs you use. A good chicken broth with oregano, thyme and basil will give you all the flavor you need... green veggies are going to give you the best nutrients and you are not intolerant to them. Broth is the best, easy to assimilate, easy to digest. Put loads of parsley and you will get a kidney cleanse.
Stay away from allergens all along the cleanse. I do not eat tomatoes and mushrooms either. Raw carrots only, but I can handle onions ,,, eveyone is different.
