if you dont have the polycystic ovary syndrome or FBD then you are probably like most americans and potassium deficient. vitamin C will reduce the free Iodine to a salt, but what Iodine wants is potassium. take a couple hundred mg of potassium and see what happens. if you do have cysts then you must lower your dose and keep that feeling under control with dosage. you still want to feel it because that pressure is what makes I2 available to "melt" the cysts. the Iodine carries away potassium left deposited because the ovary robbed the iodine and left the potassium with no place to go but build up.
