Been on the diet for a week now, but I have been under 25-30 grams carbs per day for the duration, & felt ketosis symptoms coming on yesterday (having done keto-diets in the past I know the feeling)..
The last thing I wanna do is get into ketosis and be even more fatigued than I already am while battling candida...I dont want a ton of carbs, I'd just like to get over the 50-60 gram level daily so I dont risk keto.. Last night I had a cup of steamed brown rice (30 carbs, no sugar)...any other options?
Chicken soup maybe? Any acceptable fruits? I looked at a bunch of diff fiber bars, but they all have nuts or chocolate, and/or maltodextrin.
