What are ketosis symptoms?
Why is there fatigue in ketosis?
If ketosis is an acidic condition of the body, isn't that good, as acidity discourages candida growth?
If you get into ketosis, does it persist as long as you stay low-carb, or does it subside?
Also, -- I do know the pain of eating maltodextrin ar at least of eating sugar-free ice creams with maltodextrin in them as opposed to ones sweetened with sugar-alcohol sweeteners... anyway I get horrible bloating from the ones with maltodextrin -- do you have any idea why? The malto. seems ok if I eat it with other things for example using packet sweeteners like Equal or Sweet&Low -- these don't bother me. Why the horrific reaction to the sugar-free ice creams. Acknowledging the terrible sinfulness of eating these in the first place. But I am not really sensitive to dairy, either.

Maybe this bloating of mine has to do with certain gums/fibers/fillers in the frozen-dairy-desserts. I do feel like I am sensitive to guar? Maybe? Is this common?
