Thank you for the reply, I like interacting with people and exchanging ideas.
I do feel better since I have cut out all sugars and dairy except yogurt these past 8 days...I'm going to do my best to stay away from ALL additives with the -ol at the end of their names too, in the future LOL..
As for the alcohol question, no offense taken! I did drink too much for about 5 yrs,...For the past 18 months I have cut way back...4-5 beers,(or sometimes red wine) 4 or so nights per week...And cut out all hard liquor...Of course now I know beer is the WORST, because of the yeast.
Havent had any alcohol in 10 days and feel better.
Do you find you experience specific cravings? What kind of supplements do you take?
