a Few Random Diet/symptom questions, 11 days into diet.


Been doing the diet for 10 days, generally feeling a bit better, Eliminated my triggers, these past 10 days-Sugar, wheat,simple carbs, beer, and caffeine.

However some drawbacks- occassional light-headedness (for some reason its worse around 4-5 pm everyday)...still have some fatigue, and some muscle soreness/weakness..

Age-30...5'11" 230 lbs, (not fat but a bit of a belly, I work out with weights 3-4 days a week)

Supplements
Probiotics- 16 billion daily (I-Flora brand)
Pantethine- 300 mg 3xday (mainly to detox the Acetaldehyde)
Vit C w/cranberry- 700 mg
Bromelain - 1 cap with my two biggest meals of the day
ACV- 3tbsp daily
ZMA- (combo supp. 450 mg Mag, 15mg B-6, 50mg Zinc)
Liv52- 5 caps daily...Milk thistle- 1000mg
Psyllium - 1tbsp at night

1 Gallon of Purified water daily, with the juice of 4 lemons..

Questions

#1- Is my fatigue/occasional lightheadedness most likely die-off, or just a result of going from my typical diet of 3000 cals down to about 1000?

#2- Is an antifungal totally necessary? I am using the Pantethine, which I read has antifungal properties (by way of detoxing Acetaldehyde)... I have a bottle of Garlic pills that I have been debating using.

#3- I need to up my protein a little bit..aI'm averaging maybe 50 grams a day..This could be contributing to muscle weakness ( previously I had always ingested at least 100 grams daily when weightlifting ,especially) ..The options Im considering are canned tuna, sliced turkey from the deli, 96%lean natural ground beef, and salmon... are these acceptable? Right now organic chicken breast is my only protein. (besides 2 hardboiled eggs sometimes at breakfast)

#4- Is 450mg Magnesium sufficient, given that candida robs the body of mag?...Was thinking maybe the weakness/shakiness sometimes could be chalked up to Mag deficiency.
