Thanks so much for the reply, I'm new here and I know lots of these topics have been discussed before and I didn't know that at the top of each page has a wealth of info until yesterday!
I went ahead and order the Psyllium in powder form and liquid Bentonite. It should be here tomorrow at some point. I'll probably start the day after and follow your advice as to not go above 2 shakes a day. One in the morning and one before breakfast an hour away from any food. I'll go back and re-read that post to make sure I'm not missing anything

Also thanks for the help on the pro-biotics. I was leaning towards doing a home-made fermented product. I've read that yogurt even if home-made is a poor choice for candida sufferers since something inside it breaks down into Sugar in the blood stream? Not sure if you have any thoughts on that.
Because of that I was leaning towards Saurkarut or Kim-Chi instead. Have you tried those?
I plan on following your advice on the cleansing order as well.
I think you mentioned this before, but do you keep colon cleansing until you are having 1-2 bowel movements a day with one shake, then move up to two shakes until your having 3-5? I assume the bowel movement should be a healthy looking stool to count?
Regarding my supplements, here's what I currently take daily:
Shark Liver Oil
Cod Liver Oil
B-complex 50mg a day
Flush Niacin 50mg a day
Vitamin C 4000 mg a day
Vitamin E 400 mg a day
I also use unrefined Sea Salt all day in my cooking. I'm not taking a separate Selenium supplement, is the salt enough?
