thank you everyone for all your help. i have been sick to my stomach throwing up all day i have never felt so sick in my life. i talked to my doctor and i told him my symptoms i had to contact my primary and start Antibiotics for lyme again (it was found late) at this time i cannot continue this diet, i am going to start it in the future when i am healthier and stronger. at this point however, i am too ill to continue. i understand the other options of adding certain foods to my diet and i understand it takes time but at this point in life i know my body and it is not the right time to be doing this. thank you everyone for your help i greatly apreciate all the support.
