Going to the washroom every 1 -2 days is a good thing. although being regular, having a BM which is 2 inchs in diameter and up to 14 inchs long seems very unnatural. I would recommend seeking the advice of a gastroenterologist and having them tell you what is normal and not. I have been told that long BM's could be an issue of malabsorption. Sometimes if all the nutrients are not beeing extracted in the gut then they can e very long. See a gastroenterologist and as for a colonoscopy to diagnose if there is a underlying issue. Good luck
