Most of your symptoms are fitting of adrenal dysfunction, but not all. I think you have three issues going on. One is adrenal dysfunction. The second is thyroid issues, which can result from adrenal dysfunction. And it sounds like you have issues with low intestinal flora.
The shaking and vomiting sounds like hypoglycemic reactions, which can result from adrenal dysfunction:
The dizziness can occur from lack of epinephrine being released from the adrenal glands. This leads to drops in blood pressure that prevent blood from reaching the brain properly and thus causing temporary dizzy spells.
It is hard to say about the sensitive stomach. Excess stomach acid (hyperchlorhydria) is so rare that it is almost unheard of, so that is not likely the cause. A small ulcer or inflamed stomach lining are possibilities or possibly a hernia or scar tissue.
You can check your thyroid function by doing your basal body temperature:
Based on things you said I am pretty sure it is going to show low. Although I would still focus on the adrenals first since adrenal dysfunction can block T4 to T3 conversion and raise rT3 levels, both of which lead to hypothyroidism.
