I have never done a Liver Flush before in my life and I'm planning on it, although i keep reading things on this web site about people feeling pain or having "attacks", and it's all making me not want to do this. What are these attacks people talk about?
I follow a pretty healthy diet, no red meat, fast food, or fatty foods of any kind. I also work out everyday, and thank god I'm in pretty good health.
I've been drinking natural apple juice with "Super Phos 30", for the last 3 days, and was planning to do the Coke and Virgin Olive oil, lemon flush. Now, what should I really be expecting to feel? Am I going to be in pain for the next day or so? I do not have the time to do another flush immediately after this one, so I really want to be prepared.
I'm 26 and I was planning on doing this because several years ago my mother had Gallstones removed and I really want to make sure that it doesn't happen to me.
Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
