Question about Supplement timing/combinations
I'm taking a pretty big variety of supps each day, and I have a question on which ones should be taken at the same time , and which ones shouldnt be combined....
LIVER SUPPORT SUPPLEMENTS
Liv52, Milk Thistle, and NAC together, twice a day...Once upon arising on empty stomach, and again at night, before bed on an empty stomach.
PROBIOTICS
1 hour after Breakfast, and 1 hour after Dinner
ANTIFUNGAL
Oregano Oil- 1 cap with Breakfast, Lunch and Last night-time meal
Coconut Oil- 1 tbsp With Lunch and Dinner
VITAMINS
Pantethine (300mg), Vit C (500mg), 2 Fish Oil Caps together with Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Multivitamin and B-Complex with Breakfast only
MINERALS
Calcium (600 mg)and Magnesium (250mg) With Dinner
ZMA 1 hr before Bed
PSYLLIUM HUSK
1 tbsp , 2 hours after Lunch
ST JOHN'S WORT
2 Caps 30 min before Breakfast,Lunch and last nighttime meal
Does this schedule look ok, is there anything I'm screwing up here? I eat 5 times per day,meals usually spaced 2-3 hrs apart (3 larger meals and 2 salads)... Input greatly appreciated, thanks!
