Yes there is Mitral Regurtation. Blood Pressure has always been
optimal and still is. HDL/LDL ratio is too high, however, last year
results better plus LDL was quite a bit lower. Breakfast is fresh
juice( carrot, celery, sweet potato, ginger, tomato etc) plus high
fiber cereal.Lunch contains fish probably 2 times weekly, normally
cod. Dinner varies, normally home made.
I exercise 6 days a week. Since condition identified, exercise has
been limited to 4km brisk walk.
No other medical conditions identified.Do not drink or smoke.
