More leftist double speak.There are no fiscal conservatives in a tax and spend socialist leftist system. And this is the system we have been ruled under for the last 60 years.
A liberal collectivist system getting top heavier by degree year after years as idiot liberals vote for bigger and bigger government.
Those that make are the producers of goods and products and services who create jobs including their labor force. Those that take are The leftist collectivist government and those on the dole.
