Two things stood out to me when I read your post: oatmeal and almonds. I know you'll get 20 million different opinions on this, but if you truly do have a candida issue, you need to starve the yeast; oatmeal breaks down into Sugar and in my opinion if your that sick (which it sounds like you are) it will keep feeding the yeast. Almonds unless properly soaked and dried overnight are a breeding ground for mold/fungus.
Secondly I think your going over-board with all the supplements: detoxing, threelac etc; your body can't handle all that in its current state.
Slow back down, eliminate all Sugar from your diet and then try one new thing for a while and see how it goes.
