My ankles and feet are swollen all of the time, less sometimes than other times... do you know of anything I could take or do?
I do some exercises my chiropractor recommended a few times a day, some Ti-chi, and I rebound sometimes and use my cardio-glide a couple times a day. My husband won't walk with me so I gave that up - I'm afraid to go by myself for fear of falling. I get weekly massages and foot rubs. I don't do much Yoga anymore because of my balance and some of the poses are bad for the back. I use my Wii-Fit most every day or two. But I'm not nearly as active as I used to be just 6 months ago.
Hv, do you have any suggestions? What could be causiing this?
