I'm recovering from adrenal fatigue and I've had a return of insomnia the last couple of nights where I have been awake until about 3AM. I have increased my exercise at lunch time to a 2 mile / 30 minute walk. This is the most I have done in 2 months and I have completed 5 weeks on Lam's protocol.
I expect this insomnia is the result of the adrenalin released due to the increased exercise. I also experienced some agoraphobia on the walk home which didn't help.
Have other people on here had worsening insomnia as you try to do more exercise when recovering from adrenal fatigue?
No Unicorns! How did you cope with sleep when you started running after AF?
I'm still taking the soaked almonds at bed time as Lam recommends.
