I believe mine are considered intolerances as well. Because I did have the classical allergy tests that came back normal-i.e. when I was tested for Celiac disease, the allergy test came back normal.
In any case, if I am avoiding these foods, then shoudn't I start to feel better? It's been a month already. If anything, I actually feel worse with more symptoms appearing. That makes me hard to believe that it is the food doing this to me.
