The list will go more and more if you don't repair the intestinal lining. You need a very effective plan to repair the Leaky Gut and Improve your secretory IGA in the gut pushing toward your immune system to Cell-mediated immunity. (Th1) You must eradicate any pathogen that be affecting the intestinal villi and follow a HIPOallergenic diet. This means, yam, sweet potatos, lamb, turkey, malanga root, brown rice, etc . Until your lining be leking, your immune sistem will be creating antibodies to every new protein that filter to the blood. This is what cause food intolerances . One important thing, if not the most important, is to recover the blood flow to the lining eliminating stored stress. Chronic stress deplect the lining of the blood flow to replace the cell every 48 to 72 hours. The blood flow carries all the nutrients to keep the lining healthy. When you have chronic stress, there isn't enough blood going to de intestinal capillars to replace the cellular integrity. Research this topic. There are good protocols to recover the gut normal permiability. After 6 months, most of the food you don't tolerate now will be ok.
I hope this help.
Jorge.
