Dvjorge, I agree about trying the HYPOallergenic diet. However, the first site I went to, to look into it: http://www.gaianaturopathic.com
has a list of suggested foods to eat and not to eat. Among the 'allowed' list is: Cauliflower, sprouts, all fruits, buckwheat, almonds, hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds, which is ridiculous! I have a reaction to all of these (fruits: Pears) Pumpkin seeds: a positively dangerous reaction! Another site says Pears and cashews can be eaten. Its all a complete load of rubbish.

Sorry to rant, but we are all trying to heal ourselves and the internet is so full of mis-informed information. I'll continue as I am, keep an eye on my own reactions to foods. I am already supplementing with L-glutamine and still getting reactions. What on earth to do??? It is so demoralising.
