What kefir is better?

I have candida overgrowth so in order to treat it, i bought some kefir grains from the internet. Caucasian kefir grains. All good, but now i have read that there is another kefir which is obtained by fermenting the sugar, so please tell me, which kefir grains are the best? Especially to reduce my candida overgrowth?
