That sounds good (I don't even eat them but it's for the grater good), but we're talking about an 8-hr trip. We'll definitely have to stop somewhere. I guess this is where food sensitivity comes into play. I've only noticed serious reactions to refined pastas, bread, and rice. As far as symptoms go, I think the whole grain stuff is better because the process of converting to Sugar takes longer. The end result is the same, less some symptoms.
Well, that was just me going off on a tangent; I'm not gonna find any whole grain anything on the road. I'm gonna order a burger, no bun, no cheese, no ketchup, no pickles, no onions (don't like onions), no tomatoes, no MSG.
