Folks with adrenal fatigue ARE going to have digestive problems. If it's inflammation, Georges' aloe and/or slippery elm is soothing. L-glutamine is good for inflammation and leaky gut. 8 or more grams a day for the glutamine. I'm dealing with that myself right now. It feels like indigestion, but when I take enzymes, it burns and hurts. The glutamine and slippery elm is really helping.
