I used the whole diet:
- The special mix
- No meat
- Fresh steamed vegetables every day [not raw due low energy]
- Only fresh water
- Only quality fats like HQ flax, HQ EV coconut oil, walnuts
And so on..
I have slightly altered this lifestyle/or rules and eat sometimes a little meat, mostly chicken. Because I'm busy to rebuild my whole body, not only AF.
If i'am healed 100% I want a completely rebuild body that can last a lifetime. And since I'm still used to this healthy lifestyle I will use it for the rest of my life. With some exceptions a couple days per year.
