Yes, thank you. Your experience is helpful. I will do my research on the diet- I am glad to hear I will be able to find details. The perspective on raw versus steamed veggies is interesting...I eat a lot of vegetables.
I gave up sugar/flour and went to 5 meals daily about 15 years ago because I have always had blood Sugar issues. My diet has been really clean for that long, but when the AF came on and got severe,it startingly gave me bad blood Sugar issues in spite of that. So, lowering carbs drastically and increasing animal proteins and good fats has gotten me back on keel.
