Re: Innergy Drink/Grainfield drink (how do they do it?)
Craig, this is an old post, but still on the front page of BED forum!
I used to live in Australia (where Grainfield's comes from) and a product called Grainfood was sold then. Even the local pharmacy sold it to people who got anitbiotics from him! Something similar might be Rejuvelac. BED recommends against using Rejuvelac. (search for 'ann wigmore rejuvelac recipe')
I think the problem with Rejuvelac is that you don't know what strains are being reproduced as it is not as controlled and no starter is added.
On Grainfield's Australia site, they list the ingredients. They have done quite a bit of work to make and keep pure the strains they use. So duplicating what they have done, might be very challenging. Possibly making a Rujuvelac, with multiple grains, with a good quality probiotic supplement for a starter (or one of Body Ecology's starters).

I have had great results using just 1.5 oz twice a day of a fermented juice someone near me makes. I don't know what is in it other than obvious cabbage and beets. I am looking to recreate that!
Here is a recipe for a recipe for a Cultured Cabbage Juice that I guess is similar to what I am using:
