Interesting post, thanks. I just did a bit of reading and found an abstract that describes streptococcus biofilm dispersal when using 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid from royal jelly. Maybe it is effective against both candida and bacteria just as the CIS form is.

It's on page 4 of this document.

The only thing that concerns me with royal jelly is the Sugar content which is at least 15%.
