I started getting into metal and heavy weightlifting back in my teen years...(I had major anxiety/ Depression as a teen)...Listened to Metallica, Pantera, Slayer,Misfits etc just NONSTOP...I mean all day....while working, while working out,... hell even used to have it on my walkman while falling asleep..
I can remember working out so hard to metal that I would literally fall on my bed and black out after an intense lifting session.
Recently got back into the gym and have been hittin it really hard and I definitely feel the toll its taking on me.,.
