Hi Chali,

Have you tried melatonin for night time sleep? It really helps me a lot. I have a lot of difficulty going to sleep and staying asleep, also. But when I take melatonin, I usually do pretty well. I also take a homeopathic remedy called chamomilla. It is commonly used for teething babies and for irritability, but it also just helps you to relax and calm down. I have used it for years in different situations with my kids, and I use it myself to relax and fall asleep. Maybe you can check it out. It's just sublingual little tablets that melt under your tongue. I also use sublingual melatonin by Natrol.

Hope this helps and hope you continue to get better. Be careful with coffee in the mornings. I know it feels good, but -- it's an adrenal pumper and it will kick you down in the long run.
