I use swanson products a lot , mainly for the price , but I find that "complexes" of any sort, usually dont have enough of the individual ingredients...The supplement youre looking at "Adrenal Essentials" has a very small dose of Rhodiola, youre better off just buying a bottle of pure Rhodiola from them, 250mgs per capsule and cheap...same with the other ingredients....

It looks cheaper to buy the complex but thats just gonna be a base supplement, you will need to add other stuff to it.. Tweet
