Yeah I am cutting back on the workouts....they definitely have contributed to my recent crash...
My dad definitely is a big factor.....its been building up for a long time...I can feel my body change almost every time he talks to me,complaining about something...and in the car hes the worst , and since I've driven him everyday for 3 weeks, and coincidentally overtraining each of those days in the gym.....Not to mention it leads to feelings of guilt on my part for getting mad at him, since I appreciate everything hes done for me...Its just sometimes I cant handle his personality....and have been lacking sleep...It all just combined to lead to this crash....
