I would guess because ejaculation (and presumably the self-gratification/sex act, p 0 r n etc) leads to a massive adrenaline rush...

I know personally, when I get too carried away with sex/p 0 r n etc too many nights in a row, every once in a while I actually get shaky hands, anxiety after ejaculation.
