I have been doing the #1 and #2 and the vegetarian diet for couple months now and I am noticing that my muscles have no strength and look like they are shriveling. I played softball yesterday and I was just wasted after the game.. and it was also hot outside. Anyway, I felt like my body needed some protein so bad so I have some baked chicken with a salad.
I am wondering what I am doing wrong that caused me to feel that way? Maybe I need something that I am not getting.
