Well I will tell you that so far this whole regimen has been awesome and I have felt better.
I think my liver is alot of the problem so I really don't want to get back to eating alot of meat. But last night my body was really craving some protein so I grabbed the chicken. But I can feel it is making my liver ache just a little right now. I just didnt know what else to do ..
I have superfoods on order from Uny so maybe that will help.
I am wondering what form of Protein would be the easiest on the liver and on digestion. I really dont wanna do dairy because it clogs me up(liver and digestion). But at the same time I know I need some good protein.
Also do you think it's just the B12 I am missing that is giving me that feeling?
