Re: Should I use Iodine?

If I might add a couple of observations:

It would be welcomed

Another commone deficiency is Vitamin B12 and deficiency in B12 and other B vitamins has been linked to ovarian cysts.

I have had vitamin B12 shots for about a year, but stopped a while ago. I just felt I did not need it any more, but recently I thouth about having one again, so I suppose that is my body telling me to get my reserve replenished?

as for:

Coffee enemas : I have done a few (*blush*), but I experienced it as severe. I developed a metalic taste in my mouth and felt as if I was on a high. Once, I did oil-pulling (a regular morning routine) just after an coffee enema, and the oil became very very very thick. My theory is that the excess bile emulsified the oil more than usual, thus creating mayonaise in my mouth instead of hollondaise sause... :-)

Coconut oil: I use it regularly in cooking, but must admit, when I first learned about the healing properties of coconut oil I overdid it a little by eating tablespoons full regularly during the day - and it made me pick up quite a few kg in a very short time ha ha ha

Beetroot juice: have only done once or twice - I experience it as the liver of vegetables - as if one has eaten liver only in vegetable form. I can not do it regularly.

Milk thistle: for some reason I cringe when I think about Milk Thistle. I have used it before, but maybe it is not for me.

Alpha lipoic acid: ahh I have to find out about this one, thanks.

Selenium: I do not specifically supplement with selenium, but try to occasionally eat foods  high in selenium such as cous-cous. Yum.

Thanks for your observations about the liver. I think constitutionally, I have a strong liver and the little help I am giving it, is already making a difference.

Your input is much appreciated.
