Hey

Sorry to be a pest, but I need to ask another question:

I managed to find Lugol's with a 5% Iodine and 10% Potassium Iodide concentration.

How many drops do I need to take to make 50mg?

I have started with 5 drops - and will work my way up to 10 drops, or will that be too much/too little?
