Re: Iodine Update..

About the zinc; it is the first mineral after Iodine when I hear about skin problems. particularly when a young man has that problem ( as important as iron for women )

I also made the mistake in some cases to overdo the magnesium vs zinc; I found out only a few months ago, when corrected the situations improved. Hypo T and adrenal fatigue are tightly linked together. Low energy is a symptom of both.
I guess you have to find out for yourself; within this forum it is a lot of knowledge; I started my journey here by reading old posts. The salt loading you will find in the facts I posted earlier. I know nothing about Iosol.
I know a lot about Borax; it is the most soothing scalp remedy ever, I reccomend nothing I havent tried myself, nothing I wouldnt give to my own children etc; make a search in my old posts if you want to fint out more.

"Zinc, found in animal protein sources, is a crucially important mineral for maximising Testosterone levels and for controlling estrogen – [I discuss this in detail here]. Zinc deficiency is extremely common – Carl Pfeiffer believed that the entire American population was borderline zinc deficient!

Low zinc is a common cause of adrenal fatigue and low thyroid function. ZInc is needed for the production of DHEA.

Zinc, like magnesium, a sedative mineral and a deficiency in zinc makes it difficult to relax. Once zinc is restored energy levels quickly improve and sleep at night becomes more peaceful."

About when to take what; what I do when I have a case in front of me, we make a daily plan from their life, usually they have to take supplements 3-4 times a day in the beginning. When better they reduce. This is something you will have to find out for yourself. I mix Iodine and C, but not Iodine and selenium. I dont mix therapeutic dosages of zinc and magnesium. Thats about it.

For a start; get your iodine going, and avoid fluoride; you will find a lot info by searching within this forums old posts. To much to cover for me just now!
Best of luck, keep us posted.
