I think being a missionary is probably like being an activist, people get really into it, and want to share details about it with others.
Maybe it is different if you haven't tried magnascent and are skeptical, compared to the people who are already "sold" on it.
Like the book by Brownstein, as SOON as the reader (a non Iodine taker) gets a whiff that Iodoral is for sale as a brand name, they think the whole book is built upon selling it.
When Brownstein refers to his other books in the Iodine book, even I go jeez, stop pushing your own books, and I love Dr. Brownstein's work.
I hate to hear negative things being said about the people at Magnascent, they are some very nice folks there, always willing to answer questions via email and they treat their customers like friends, not like numbers.
