can candida causing 2 or more autoinmune diseases of thyroid at the same time?

Hello when i cured candida, candida caused me hasimoto hypotyrodism 3 years ago but it comes whit severe exaphtolmos from the beginning and i dont know if i have another condition like graves or hiper too ....my doctor only tested for hashimoto and it was positive...would i have graves or hyper too whit hasimoto,or graves whit hypo ? can this be hasitoxicosyss ?candida can cause 2 autoinmune condition of the tyroid at the same time? i am very confused that candida caused me.I am going to go to my endocrinologist for this.
