I have done a similar test using Everclear and plain water.
I made a puddle of each close to each other.
Once they touch the alcohol immediately sucks itself into the water almost as if it were alive with vigorous ripples moving through the mixture. If I wasn't aware of the strong hydro-scopic properties of alcohol I would say it looked magnetic the way the two liquids interchanged with each other. There's no magic here and as Vulcanel once said, "there is nothing new under the sun".
It's not the magic magnet Edgar Cayce bath, it's just the alcohol plain and simple.
