Re: Pain after liver flush

You may find that you cannot "hold off till the pain is gone." You may find that you recongest - may feel like a fist has just moved under you right ribs, depressed, anxious, just tired and blah. Your liver will begin to talk to you and tell you what it needs. Listen to your body! It will help you get healthy!!! Our bodies are wonderful things, if we just get out the way and let them heal us! Don't try to plan and "tell" it what to do. When you feel that congestion, do a flush. You will start to feel better and you will know that you are on the right track, but it will not always fit with "your" schedule. The body will let go when it wants to let go. It will do the work in the order that it needs to get you healthy. Welcome to the roller coaster! The pain will last for awhile and then it will go away. This works, just slowly! HOpe that this helps.
