Where is the study reference for comments about high Iodine causing goiter and thyroid cancer, especially in the presence of thyroid antibodies?
Also he fails to put into context the Iodine protocol that the Iodine docs endorse. It isn't hard to believe that high doses of iodine may be harmful if added independently to the diets of people who are already deficient in other minerals like selenium and zinc.
Just like high doses of calcium alone can be harmful if they are added to diets of people who are already deficient in magnesium/boron/zinc... which can magnify the problems of deficiency in the other components even more so.
