Please do a lot of reading on both liver flushes. You may be able to get by with doing the Clark flush. If you're bad off, then you are deficient in both calcium and magnesium and magnesium in that situation will pull more water out of your body than ought to happen, therefore causing dehydration. That's why we say those who are bad off to start and have to start with cleaning out the liver first will probably make it on the Coke flush.

Reson being is that they may have to do the flushes close together and will never make it doing the Clark flush with so much magnesium. It will cause too much dehydration. Serious things to consider. Make sure and read a lot and educate yourself about the liver flushes.
