You may want to really consider doing frequent Epsom salt(magnesium sulphate) and baking soda baths along with the Iodine protocol. Which would add many benefits, aiding detox would likely be one of them. Plus most people are magnesium deficient, and it is often hard for many people to become sufficiently magnesium saturated via oral supplementation.
I hope you are taking selenium and maybe other mineral supplements (like trace mineral supplement) that include zinc and boron... vit d ect.
